Getting set up

Dealer accounts & pricing

How do I open a wholesale cabinet dealer account in Maryland?

Submit the form on our Become a Dealer page with your company name and business type, or call 301-483-8818. Once your account is approved you receive sign-in credentials for wholesale pricing on this site.

Who qualifies for contractor and dealer pricing?

We set up accounts for remodeling contractors, home builders, home flippers, custom cabinet makers, granite fabricators, kitchen & bath retailers, hardware and home-improvement stores, interior designers, property management companies, internet retailers and wholesale distributors.

How do I see wholesale prices on the website?

Wholesale pricing is not public. Approved dealers and contractors sign in with the credentials issued when the account is opened, and pricing then appears on the cabinet catalog pages.

Do I have to be a licensed contractor to buy?

The program is built for trade and business buyers rather than one-off retail purchases. Tell us about your business on the dealer application and we will confirm whether we can set you up.

How do I get a quote for a specific project?

Send the list through our contact form or call 301-483-8818. For multi-unit and multifamily work it helps to include unit counts and the finishes you are considering.

What you are buying

Product & construction

What is the difference between face-frame and frameless cabinets?

Face-frame cabinets have a solid wood front frame fixed to the box, giving the classic American look with a visible frame around each door and drawer. Frameless (European) cabinets mount the door straight to the box with no front frame, which maximises the opening and gives a cleaner, contemporary line. We stock both: Gray Shaker, Pearl White Shaker, Natural Shaker and Vintage Blanc are face-frame; White Shaker, Espresso Shaker and Coffee are frameless.

Are the cabinet boxes plywood or particle board?

Plywood. The cases are rigid, moisture-resistant plywood boxes rather than particle board, so they hold square through delivery, installation and years of use.

Do the cabinets come with soft-close hardware, or is that an upgrade?

Soft-close is standard, not an add-on line item. Cabinets ship with concealed soft-close hinges and 6-way adjustable soft-close undermount drawer glides.

Are the drawer boxes dovetail?

Yes. Drawer boxes use solid dovetail joinery at every corner rather than staples or dowels, so they stay tight under load.

How many cabinet styles and sizes do you stock?

We carry 1,400+ ready-to-ship SKUs across seven door styles. By line that is 263 sizes in Espresso Shaker, 209 in White Shaker, 199 in Coffee, 159 in Vintage Blanc, 153 in Gray Shaker and 149 in Pearl White Shaker, plus Natural Shaker. Browse everything in the cabinet catalog.

Do you supply bathroom vanities as well as kitchen cabinets?

Yes. Coordinated bathroom vanities and storage are part of the same cabinet line, so a bath can be finished in the same door style and finish as the kitchen.

What storage accessories are available?

Lazy-susan and blind-corner solutions, trash pull-outs, spice pull-outs and full-extension roll-out trays are all part of the line and match the cabinet finishes.

What is the difference between RTA and assembled cabinets?

RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets ship unassembled and are put together on your side. Assembled cabinets are built to order, which is why assembled orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. Choose based on whether your crew would rather assemble on site or receive finished boxes.

Do you sell flooring to go with the cabinets?

Yes. We stock SPC rigid-core waterproof luxury vinyl plank in designer oak tones, so cabinets and floors come from one supplier on the same project. See the flooring range and pricing.

Before you place the order

Ordering, pick-up & returns

Should I order a sample before placing a full order?

We strongly recommend it. Colour, finish and style read differently in person than on a screen, and we are not responsible for items ordered solely from website images. If you do order a sample, the sample cost is credited when you place the full product order. Full details are in our terms and conditions.

How is payment taken?

After you submit an order our team contacts you to verify the details and take payment by phone. Review the confirmation email carefully — once an order is in process no changes can be made, and additional items have to be placed as a new order.

Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?

Assembled cabinet orders are final and cannot be cancelled. For other orders, cancelling before order picking (or non-payment on a promised order such as a wire-transfer sale) incurs a 10% cancellation fee; cancelling after picking or shipping incurs a 20% restocking fee plus return freight.

How long do I have to pick up an order from the Laurel warehouse?

Assembled orders not collected within 10 business days incur a 2% storage fee per day. Orders still uncollected after 30 days are disposed of at the customer's expense, so schedule pick-up as soon as you are notified.

How quickly do I have to report damage or missing items?

Within 3 business days of receipt. You are responsible for opening and inspecting the entire order in that window — concealed damage claims made after 3 business days may be denied.

What cannot be returned?

Assembled and modified cabinets; hoods, trims, mouldings, fillers and panels; and accessories such as trash pull-outs, spice pull-outs and glide upgrades. All other returns must be authorised by us before shipment and must come back in original, unopened packaging.

What does the warranty cover?

Atlantic Cabinet Warehouse LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser that cabinets, door hinges and drawer glides are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase. It is not transferable and excludes labour, installation and normal wear. See the full limited warranty.

Is natural colour variation in the wood a defect?

No. Variation in colour and grain is a natural characteristic of wood, and cabinets may darken or mellow over time with light, moisture and cleaners. Painted surfaces can also develop small fractures in the paint at the joints as wood expands and contracts. Neither is considered a defect.

Where we deliver

Location & service area

Where are you located and can I see samples in person?

The warehouse is at 9425 Washington Blvd, Suite A-D, Laurel, Maryland 20723, on US-1 between Baltimore and Washington. Call 301-483-8818 before coming so we can have the door styles you want to see ready.

What areas do you serve?

The Baltimore–Washington Metropolitan Area, including Howard, Prince George's, Anne Arundel and Montgomery counties in Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia — Laurel, Columbia, Baltimore, Silver Spring, Rockville, Annapolis, Alexandria, Arlington and Fairfax.

Can orders be shipped, or is it pick-up only?

Both pick-up at the Laurel warehouse and shipping are available. Call us with the delivery address and the size of the order and we will confirm the options for that project.

Are these cabinets a good fit for rental units, flips and multifamily projects?

That is a large part of what we supply. Ready-to-ship stock in consistent finishes means a repeat unit mix can be reordered without redesigning, and the matching SPC rigid-core flooring is built for high-traffic rental use.
