Limited Warranty

Warrants to the Original Consumer Purchaser

Atlantic Cabinet Warehouse LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser that Atlantic cabinets, door hinges and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required). This warranty is not transferable. Representatives of Atlantic Cabinet Warehouse LLC do not have the authority to change or extend this warranty.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidents, misuse, improper installation, modifications, handling, storage, environmental conditions or labor expenses. Natural variations in wood color and grain are also excluded.

Natural Wood Disclaimer

Variations in color and grain pattern are natural characteristics of wood and are not considered imperfections. Environmental factors — such as artificial or natural light, moisture, cleaners and smoke — may cause cabinets to darken or mellow over time. This is a natural process and should be expected. This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening of wood, inherent growth characteristics or wood variation.

Wood naturally expands and contracts depending on climate conditions. As a result, cabinets with painted surfaces may develop small fractures in the paint at the joints. This is normal and not considered a defect.

Repair or Replacement

Atlantic Cabinet Warehouse LLC may, at its option, repair or replace with a functionally equivalent product any item covered by this warranty. Replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from the original. Return of the defective product may be required before a replacement is issued. Repair or replacement parts are provided at the expense of Atlantic Cabinet Warehouse LLC, but the customer is responsible for all other expenses, including (but not limited to) removal, reinstallation and labor costs.
